Adele Aharonoff, MA, EMBA, LSA, LA
Adele brings over 25 years of entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary experience across startups, mission-driven organizations, and global companies. She is the founder of BizCoachGurus, delivering fractional HR services and talent strategy consulting to growing businesses seeking to scale culture, leadership, and performance.
Most recently, Adele served as SVP of People at THE WELL, a global wellness brand, where she led the people strategy, built scalable people operations, and championed workplace well-being. She is also a Board Advisor to wellness and tech startups including OpenSeed and Aidora.
A respected thought leader, Adele has spoken at the Josh Bersin Academy, and served as an adjunct professor of macroeconomics, HR certification instructor, and workforce development facilitator for colleges and corporate training programs.
She also founded The Scholar House Foundation, a nonprofit committed to educational opportunity, and LIFitMoms, a wellness platform for mothers and families. Adele holds a Master’s in Career Counseling from NYU and an Executive MBA from Pace University.
As a first-generation American and the first in her family to graduate college, Adele’s journey is deeply personal. Her mission is to unlock potential and drive results—one person and one business at a time.
