Adele Aharonoff, MA, EMBA, LSA, LA

Adele brings 25+ years of entrepreneurship, leadership and multi-disciplinary work experiences leading small start-ups to large global companies. She currently is the founder of BizCoachGurus, providing fractional HR services in addition to her role as the VP of People at THE WELL. Alongside her role as a mother and philanthropist, she has been a guest speaker and panelist for Josh Bersin Academy, and held multiple positions including an adjunct professor teaching macroeconomics, HR Certification Instructor and workforce development facilitator at several colleges and corporations. Adele also founded a non-profit called The Scholar House Foundation and fitness company, called LIFitMoms. Adele holds a Masters in Career Counseling from NYU and Executive MBA from Pace University. Adele is a first generation American and the first to graduate college in her family, her work and mission is personal and intentional as she passionately sets the stage for driving optimal results one person and business at a time.
